- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-11-21, by Danny ThorneSoulless shop- Really miss when this store was John Menzies. This shop is now devoid of any customer service - hideous and rude lady manning cash desks accusing everybody of stealing - literally driving customers away. Never busy any more. Should definitely select it’s staff more carefully as I will no longer shop here and many friends of mine have also commented how nasty and odd the lady at cash desk is.
